Acceptable Use Policy

f. Malicious Software: Distributing or facilitating the distribution of viruses, malware, or any other malicious software.

g. Abuse of Communication Systems: Spamming, phishing, or engaging in any form of unsolicited communication through Statamart's messaging system.

h. Violent Content: Posting or promoting content that is violent, graphic, or encourages harm to individuals or animals.

2. Prohibited Business Categories

Certain business categories are prohibited from using Statamart. These include, but are not limited to:

a. Controlled Substances and Hazardous Materials: Items such as banned narcotics, steroids, and certain controlled substances that pose a risk to consumer safety.

b. Biohazardous Materials: The sale of blood, bodily fluids, or body parts.

c. Illicit Tools: Products designed for illegal activities, including burglary tools.

d. Counterfeit Merchandise: Items that are counterfeit or unauthorized replicas.

e. Illegal Drugs and Paraphernalia: The sale of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.

f. Explosives: Fireworks, destructive devices, and explosives.

g. Fraudulent Documents: Identity documents, government documents, personal financial records, or personal information, including mailing lists.

h. Unauthorized Gaming: Lottery tickets, sweepstakes entries, or slot machines without the required license.

i. Hateful and Offensive Materials: Items promoting hate, violence, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime.

j. Dangerous Chemicals: The sale of chemicals that may pose a risk to safety.

k. Recalled Items: Products that have been recalled for safety reasons.

l. Unlicensed Financial Services: Offering unlicensed financial services, stocks, or other securities.

m. Stolen Property: Items that are known to be stolen.

n. Intellectual Property Infringement: Items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction.

o. Illegal Currency Sales: Sales of currency without the required license or certain cryptocurrency operators.

p. Obscene Material: Obscene material or pornography.

q. Sexually Oriented Materials or Services: Certain sexually oriented materials or services.

r. Weapons and Firearms: The sale of certain firearms, firearm parts or accessories, ammunition, weapons, or knives.

s. Illegal or Liability-Inducing Products: Any product or service that is illegal or marketed or sold in a way that creates liability to Statamart.

t. Military and Paramilitary Products: Production of military and paramilitary wears and accoutrements, including those of the Police and the Customs, Immigration, and Prison Services.

u. Alcoholic Beverages: The sale of alcoholic products, including beer.

This list is not exhaustive, and Statamart reserves the right to enforce its policies to maintain a secure and positive marketplace for all users.

3. Enforcement

Statamart reserves the right to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy by taking appropriate actions, including but not limited to:

A. Removing or restricting access to content or listings.

B. Suspending or terminating user accounts.

C. Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

D. Taking legal action against violators.

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at [email protected].

5. Changes to the Policy

Statamart may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
