Statamart may charge fees for certain services, and vendors agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their use of the platform. Payments will be processed securely through our designated payment gateway.
Vendors retain ownership of their intellectual property rights, including product images and descriptions. By uploading content on Statamart, vendors grant Statamart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
Statamart reserves the right to terminate or suspend a vendor's account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by Statamart. Vendors may terminate their account by following the designated process.
Statamart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: /n Your use or inability to use Statamart /n Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and /or any personal information stored therein /n Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Statamart

Vendors agree to receive communications from Statamart, including but not limited to transactional emails, newsletters, and updates related to their account and the platform. Opting out of certain communications may affect your ability to use certain features.
In the event of any dispute between Statamart and a vendor, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and good faith discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings as outlined in applicable laws.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Statamart, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs arising out of or in any way connected with the vendor's use of Statamart, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Statamart reserves the right to make changes, updates, or enhancements to the platform, including its features, functionality, and user interface. Vendors acknowledge that the continued use of Statamart is contingent upon acceptance of these changes, and Statamart is not liable for any impact such changes may have on a vendor's business.
Statamart shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.
Nothing in these Vendor Terms of Use shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, agency, or joint venture between Statamart and the vendor. Vendors do not have any authority to act on behalf of or bind Statamart in any manner.
The terms and conditions contained in these Vendor Terms of Use that, by their sense and context, are intended to survive the performance hereof by the parties, shall so survive the completion of performance, cancellation, or termination of these terms.
Statamart encourages vendors to provide feedback, suggestions, and ideas for improving the platform. While we appreciate input from our users, please be aware that any submissions may be used by Statamart without any obligation to compensate or attribute the source.

Vendors are required to take appropriate security measures to protect their accounts, including using strong passwords and safeguarding access credentials. If vendors become aware of any unauthorized access to their account, they must notify Statamart immediately.
Statamart is committed to continuous improvement and may introduce new features or enhancements to the platform. Vendors will be notified of significant changes, and their feedback on new features is welcome to improve the overall user experience.
Statamart is dedicated to providing an accessible and inclusive platform. Vendors are encouraged to make their online stores accessible, ensuring a positive experience for customers with disabilities. Statamart will work towards accessibility improvements on the platform.
Vendors are expected to adhere to Statamart's community guidelines, promoting a respectful and positive environment on the platform. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards other vendors or customers is strictly prohibited.
Vendors own the data they upload to Statamart. However, upon termination of their account, vendors may request a copy of their data within a reasonable timeframe. Statamart retains the right to retain and use anonymized and aggregated data for analytical and improvement purposes.
To ensure the integrity of the platform, Statamart employs anti-fraud measures. Vendors must cooperate with these measures, providing accurate information and documentation when requested. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
While Statamart endeavors to provide a secure and reliable platform, vendors acknowledge that technical issues may occur. Statamart is not liable for any loss of sales, data, or business interruption resulting from technical issues beyond its control.
